He runs the company alongside his wife, Leslie Garcia, together they are raising their three children: Seb, Katalina, and Kimberly. His hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to quality ensure reliable, customer-focused work. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

 Bringing over 24 years of experience in the concrete industry, Javier has built a strong reputation for quality, leadership, and hands-on expertise. Originally from Hidalgo, Mexico, he has lived in Johnston County for the past 19 years, establishing deep roots in both the community and the construction industry.  His work ethic and commitment to excellence help maintain high standards and guide daily operations. Outside of work, enjoys time with family and friends as a proud father of one.

With 12 years of accounting experience, she brings strong organization, financial discipline, and a detail-oriented approach that keeps the business running smoothly ensuring clear communication between the field and office.  She works alongside her husband, and together they are raising their three children. Her reliability and professionalism play a key role in supporting daily operations. She enjoys spending time with her family and children.

With 5 years of concrete experience and a strong framing background. Originally from Costa Rica, he has lived in Raleigh, NC for 10 years. He is married to Airel Trejos and has four children. He is known for his leadership and communication, overseeing daily residential concrete operations and ensuring projects are completed with accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork. Outside of work, Lester enjoys spending time with his family and attending his children’s sporting events.

With 20 years of concrete experience and a strong reputation for reliability, leadership, and quality workmanship. He is married to Ruth Garcia Vivas and has two children, Luci and Jayson.

He oversees daily operations, leads crews, and ensures all projects meet company standards for precision and professionalism, making him a trusted presence on every jobsite. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and attending his childrens sporting events.

 Bringing 8 years of hands-on concrete experience at just 21, Benjamin was born and raised in Johnston County. He is known for his reliability, work ethic, and strong understanding of residential concrete work. He helps manage crews and ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently, making him a key part of the company’s daily operations. Outside of work, he is a dedicated father to Everleigh, and enjoys time with his family.

Over six years of experience in masonry and concrete, he works in foundations, slabs, block work, and brick veneer installation, and is known for his hands-on approach, attention to detail, and ability to keep projects running efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. He is married to Kasey Garcia and enjoys spending time with his family and staying actively involved in his church. His strong values and work ethic carry over into both his personal and professional life.

Bringing strong analytical skills and a detail-driven approach to every project. At 21 years old, she has built a solid foundation in construction estimating, handling accurate takeoffs, clear proposals, and communication between the office and field.

Originally from Manassas, Virginia, she has lived in Johnston County for the past 10 years and is known for her professionalism, reliability, and strong work ethic. She is the proud mother of Everleigh and values time with her family.

Originally from California, Sabrina has lived in Johnston County for the past 5 years, where she has become an important part of both the community and the East Coast Concrete team. Sabrina is married to Justin Sauls, and together they are raising their child, Waylon. She is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and the supportive role she plays in keeping the office running smoothly. 

She supports operations including invoicing, payment processing, account tracking, and billing inquiries. She helps maintain accurate records and ensures smooth communication between clients and the office. Born and raised in Wake County, she is married to Carlos Principe and has three children; Jr, Gia, and Mano. She is known for her attention to detail and plays an important role in keeping the office organized and running efficiently.
